This easy to do recipe doesn't take a lot of time to prepare. Some of the ingredients you will need for this recipe include diced and boiled potatoes, butter, eggs, vegetable oil for frying, cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese cut into one inch chunks, and bacon. To start you will dice the potatoes and boil them for ten minutes (you can see the finished product in the photos on the recipe site). As the potatoes are boiling you can heat some vegetable oil in a saucepan or small pot to approximately 300 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mash the potatoes and add some milk plus the butter and stir. In a separate bowl you will beat the eggs and add the flour or pour out some dry breadcrumbs into a large bowl. Cut the cheese into one inch cubes. Take some of the mashed potato mixture and form it around a cheddar cheese cube, making a bomb shape.
